A young Native American man embarks on a life-changing journey with his childhood friend to retrieve the body of his estranged father. Eyre's directorial debut is the first major feature film to be written, directed, and co-produced by Native Americans. The screenplay is based on Sherman Alexie's novel The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven. 89 min.
